Jen is a great friend of mine from high school. She's a nurse and plays the saxophone in the National Guard. That's where she met her fiance Steve! When I heard they were getting married I offered to make her invitation suite.
This is the first installment of that suite; the Save the Dates. Their wedding is going to be at the beautiful Saltwater Farms Vineyard in Stonington, CT. Jen is keeping her decorations minimal so that the venue is what is highlighted. Her plan is to have two calla lilies on each table in simple vases. When we talked about her save the dates she wanted very simple text with gray shadows of the calla lilies.
The save the dates are printed on Crane's Lettra Fluorescent White and are 3.5"x5". The text was printed first in black and the calla lilies after in a gray.
